Last Last Last Last Show -- Monday, 14 January 2008

Because of a lot of people still haven't been able to buy the tickets and my boss already settled all the technical problems (heard that they dont need to clear the bottom stage so can use for another day), so decided to add a last show, total 11 shows, really thanks for all of your support!

Of course I know that this will make many people that bought the day 17th tickets to be disappointed, so I think all the aunties are gonna start to blame me because before this I had confirmed that the last show will be on 17th, I understand...but no other choice...I really don't know! What I can do is,I definately will treat the 17th's show as my last show to perform for all of you.

Already started to practice my dance, songs,and hold numerous meetings, we do all this also because we hope that I can have a concert that I like and also everyone likes, thanks to the 132,000 fans.

Last 2 days, very happy because I can celebrate my happiness with you all, especially the fans at the live [awards shows],thanks for your yelling, full of energy,and so I also sing with full of confidence.

Last day, Universal's singers in a hotel room captured Chinese New Year Pictures, almost all the Universal's singers appeared, totally like last time in Poh Lai Kam! Really thanks to those fans who have attended both the Roadshow and Metro Awards Show which started from 1930 - 2330 (4 hrs), less a bit of breath also can't (even for the singers).

TVB Music Special (Sunday, 16 December 2007)

The recording for my TVB music special will be on 19 December.

Before this, I filmed 3 music specials with TVB, each time was very ''star light bright'' (a lot of famous guest stars), the first time was already a long time ago, called "Yit Long Mai Ching", guest partners were Shirley,Vivian,Lau Siu Wai,Lam Weng Han. On yesterday's Tung Wah Charity Show, things were not very successful when I was singing "Goodbye Concert Hall". Those who have watched will know that I was standing on a moving stage (erm, not very sure about the track part..i haven't watch his performance, lol) and there wasn't any monitor. Hence, I had to put on 2 earphones. However, the sound of the piano was not very concentrated and I could not figure out the key properly. For the first part of my singing, I sang under "a key I wasn't very sure of" type of situation. Until "maybe things cannot light up" (one line of the lyrics), a short piece of music came by and I was finally able to hear the key. When I rewatched my performance at home, I felt a little strange at the start. There was a flaw, but it couldn't be helped. Live programs are like this, I can only make up for it with tonight's performance!

Today, I went to the Hong Kong International Races 2007 event. As I made my way there, the car suddenly broke down while I was in the middle of Tseung Kwan O tunnel. It was not a very good sight. Luckily, the tunnel crew had high efficiency, for they arrived within 10 minutes and towed my car away. Not only that, they flagged a taxi for me as well. Finally, I was able to rush down Sha Tin Race course before 11.30am. I was nearly scared to death! (and nearly shocked the organisations to their deaths as well)

Birthday, it was meant to be a happy occasion.

Yesterday, I took Ryan for a check up at the pediatrician's. He's very healthy- grew taller by 7cm and weighs 10 pounds and 10 ounces. He's in good condition. At night, I went to have my meal. When I returned home, there was a birthday cake waiting for me...
Little did I know that I would be shocked when I flipped the papers this morning. A blog that was not meant to be viewed by the public appeared in the headlines of C1! (the section where they have all the entertainment stuff) Frankly speaking, less than 20 people knew about this blog and these people are our closest ones and friends. We've never thought about letting others see this. Hence, I really wish to know who the informer is.

Of course, we do have some responsibility as well. If we wanted to keep it a secret, we shouldn't even have published a blog. Let's take it as a lesson learned!

I do not blame the papers. I just feel a little...scared, they're (the paparazzi) really powerful...they enter every pore and exist everywhere!

I can hardly contain my excitement about this good news: the first day of booking tickets through the credit card...yielded excellent results! Compared to the previous concert, tickets sales increased by one time on the first day! Hurry if you wanna buy them! Of course, I would like to thank all of you who have purchased the tickets. I will definitely do my best for this concert!
Those friends that have spent a lot of time calling (for tickets) but still have not gotten through, it's a shame, hope you'll continue to try hard, please add oil, many thanks for the support!

Back to the fan club party in Dec 2, I was very happy to see fans who have supported me for so many years. Some of them have married, gave birth and some even brought along their boyfriends. There were overseas fans as well, and fans who have recently joined the fan club. I welcome you guys to bring along your friends, relatives and family along the next time.

I received lots of presents for me, Emily, and Ryan. I wanted to take a picture of every present and then post them up here, but there were just too many presents! If I were to do so, it would probably take hours. I really do not have the time and can only thank you all!


After the party, I went to a recording for the Roadshow. Eric Suen has been my good friend for years, Ah K is a new friend. As for Kelvin Kwan...he was only a few years old when I knew him! I once worked with his father at Polygram, his father is an excellent producer and I was a newbie singer. No one knew that I would work with his son more than 10 years later!

Lastly...that magazine...sigh!

Why? We are all working in the entertainment circle, why must they be so bad?

We are fine, we do not have any werid diseases, can only blame the WEIRD BOOK!

At this period of time, really very busy, need to promote my new album, on the other hand also need to consider my concert's matter, of course still have my home's 'small' matter la! Thursday is RTHK Lee Chi Gong's live, RTHK press conference, yesterday's CR (Commercial Radio (CR) FM 903) AKA Chik Chak), recorded some programmes, such as Vani and Maggie, this time CR is my concert's official radio station, so next week will go there also, I think 4th will have a Mini's programme etc., of course after that will have Metro, Roadshow, TVB show, MV filming, and TVB music special that already discussed for 2 years...I think this time really can film it successfully gua ! First time singing "Goodbye Concert Hall" at last night's show, really got a little nervous, scared I will forget the lyrics, also because at the "Bak Kui show" need to sing full version, and "TVB" was only 2 and a half minutes version, lyric's grouping is different, very scared will be wrong, luckily nothing happened. I have sung for 20 years and this matter, really was the first time it happened, by the way, once already enough, it's terrible (wui sei yan)!

On Monday night, everyone prepared a lot of roses, nice clothes, musical instruments, went to CK's Chai Wan studio, took pictures for the "Your Hacken Concert Hall" concert poster.

Behind me are some musicians in my concert. Gathering six of us to take a picture together already was a very difficult matter because they all often go to different countries to perform, from the last mid-month until now only on Monday everyone was present, finally, we took [pictures] for 5 hours, finally done, of course the one above was just a reference, the official one maybe will be much nicer.

The new album will be released tomorrow, 11 in the morning will have a Shuk Mui Jeh's phone in [an interview by telephone?], new song "Goodbye Concert Hall" already plugged, 24th still gonna sing live, very scared ar!


Ryan already 1 month old, last night had a simple 'Mun Yut Fan' with family, of course still have Red Egg!

Although this time is New Song + Special , only 3 new songs, can't believe that need many many many days to complete it! Through yesterday's hard work, finally completed!

The last completed song called ,composed by Edmond Tsang, lyric by Lam Yuo Ning, it's a soft piano + vocal song, it's a big test of skills in terms of playing music and singing, hope I could sing it live on next year's concert, sure it will be awesome!

About the release date? End of november! TV commercial already settled, maybe won't change...gua!

Next week have to take concert's poster, 24 have to attend Bak Kui (the drugs concert) show, after that maybe immediately have to go TVB to have another show, also CASH award ceremony, Mr.Tam (alan tam) received achivement award, of course I have to go to support! Wah,very busy!

2 December, fan club has a function, which is a big day for me to take presents, haha! Hope everyone could join!
