Alan and I reached Toronto airport safely at 6am yesterday. We rehearsed in the afternoon. Toronto fans, see you tonight! If you want us to encore and sing longer, you gotta shout louder!

Later at 3am we're gonna fly to Philadelphia and then go to Atlantic City by car to prepare for our second show.

I've been lazy for the past 2 weeks, did not leave any messages nor blog..hehe, sorry!
Though i did not leave any messages, I continued to work. We are working on a Live DVD, meeting to discuss about the new album, filming TVB's version of A Million Years of Loneliness, Basic Law show, Be My Guest, and tomorrow's autograph session of course!
I've also returned to watching soccer and playing golf but am not in the best of form.
Alan & Hacken concert world tour?
It's not yet confirmed. For now, we will definitely go to US, KL and parts of China. It should start around May, will inform everybody when the dates are confirmed.

Tonight's soccer match...1:0 or 0:0? not bad if it's either of the two..

the picture above is from the last night, taken right after we had sung finish the last song 'Don't say Goodbye', it was taken by me and Alan when the moving platform was still descending. its the first picture we'd taken after the whole series of shows. we have that "it's over" smile, it's the picture that i like a lot, it just seems to contain the good times we have together- a memorabilia.

after the show, will be resting for the next few days. turning on my cell phone, computer, and just relax and play! however after 12 shows, the scenes of the hard work that we have put in for the past 3 months will just drift in n out in my mind. i would like to thank all those who came to support, ur cheer/support, clapping, red packets, flowers, fresh fruits, gifts, for alan, me, Emily, Ryan, we have received all of them. the last 2 songs that we sang '無言感激' (no words to describe our gratitude) and 'Don’t say Goodbye' represents the voices of our heart! (in other words, thank you!)

starting to munch on snacks now, haha! but... i will still be going to the Gym, let's see how long i will be able to maintain my body... :)

We finally completed our first 10 shows. As the coliseum need to be inspected, we had 2 days of rest. (i don't know why in the middle of their concert they need to inspect..) Yesterday, I immediately took Ryan to Disneyland for the whole afternoon. When I was performing, I had very little time to spend with him.

So far, I feel that the 10th show is the most smooth flowing. In terms of solo, dancing, speech and even the "ribbons", they were all OK. If we could sing longer it would be perfect but once we're over 11.45pm, we will get fined and the boss will become "angry". Hence...why not you guys "collaborate" with Alan's fans for the last show to shout louder or refuse to leave. Alan and I will standby below the stage. Will we be able to overshoot the time...? We don't know when it will be the next time we have a concert together again!

3 more days, I feel like eating Jack&Jill, ice cream and I've already bought them, haha! It's been a long time since I played soccer and golf, and look for my friends...soon, soon!

i did feel a bit of sad when i read the part he said nobody knows when it will be the next time they have a concert again..ah, it just makes the concert more precious!

Last night was the start of the 300 day countdown to the 2009 Asian Games, hence Chef Executive Donald Tseng, his wife, VIP athletes and a team of HK athletes attended our concert. I felt very honoured to have Mr. Tseng watch our concert!

When we came to the encore part, Alan pulled Michael Miu & Jamie and Chilam & Anita on stage to sing. The atmosphere was great. 4 more shows left, I'm starting to feel a little unwilling to let go...

it was while singing "hope" on the raised platform that i "KICKed" the "colourful band" for 2 nights, made me feel bad. :(
there was no choice since accidents are bound to happen during live shows. however last night as i was more open when swinging the thing n managed to fing it smoothly, i hope that for the next 6 nights i would be able to do the same.

for my own solo part, i was originally meant to sing the rearranged version of "一生不愛別人", however as fans wanted to listen to newer songs it has been changed to either "今夕是何年 "or "萬年孤寂". but to tell the truth, the new version of "一生不愛別人" has a better response for the audience.

truely thank andy for coming to watch. whenever i m having a concert he will come and support me and give me various views, thank you very much!

last night B哥哥 and 健仔 came, joey said that she would be coming to watch, also, "school mates" from universal may appear on the last 2 nights.

the first show is over!

on the whole, the show was OK, however as there's some space in the middle, it made things a little bit confusing. as it was the first night, thus the audiences were not that high, in addition, there were a few VVVIP who attended last night's show and they had to go on stage. we brought forward the "plug" of the east asian games themesong, however some problems occurred...however we cannot use this as an excuse. we would try to make some changes for tonight, there will also be some changes to the rundown. hope that as the shows progress each night, it gets even better!

There isnt any big problem with my leg, just a minor cramp last night. but, hope that it only cramp for 1 night, please do not come again, its terrible!

The "left lun right lee 09 concert" show will finally start tomorrow!

For the concert this time, me and mr tam have started to ”度橋” a few months before,what do we want to keep? what new things do we want to show to the audiences? what will we be dancing? singing? how much time do we need for the practices? are the people laughing in response? how is the stage design? these are questions that everyone has been thinking about.

As the audience attending the "left lun right lee" show may vary from those attending my own or alan's own concert, the age range will be wider, hence during the rundown we were all hoping for the closest estimate, to put into consideration/satisfy(the needs) all the audiences who came to see the show. hope that everyone who attends the show will enjoy themselves!

jan 16: the new album is officially released

after working for roughly 9 months, the new album...is finally...out!

I hope that everyone would be able to feel the effort (sincerity) we have put in for this new album, truly thank all friends who have contributed in composing and creating this album, especially my fellow singer friends, i have also given my best, 100% in response to your hard work and effort, once again, thank you so much!
Recently, been extremely extremely extremely busy- Gym, dance rehearsals, singing sessions, television station, television programs, magazines, album and many many more, there's just sooo many things to do! 每天面對白烚雞、白烚菜、白烚
But still...for the sake of the upcoming concert, i will hold on till the very end!

dec. 28: From Las Vegas, return trip...

last year i have tried staying in San Francisco for only 36 hrs, this time its even more "geng－劲“ [difficult/worse?], i was in LV for only 34 hrs. within 3 days i flew from HK~LV~HK and it was all within less than 5 hrs apart, 勁呀 ["ging ah" = so cool or so great]！

but the whole thing was pretty tiring, earning money is never easy! when i arrived in LA we were told that we were unable to travel by car to LV due to the snow storm, causing jams on the road. thus we had to travel through the domestic flight. however traveling by air caused us to wait for 7 hrs before we could board the plane. in the end, according to american time, it was 25th dec, at about 9 plus (in the night) that we finally reached LV. upon arrival we had to follow up with the rehearsal.

the show on the 26th started off pretty slowly as the audiences in the US always do. previously in the Atlantic City show it was also like that. it was only after half an hour later did the audience become more enthusiastic. from the second half till the encore were the best moments. the whole show only ended at 1120. i sincerely thank those who came to show their support and also those who specially flew in to watch the show, especially sister Gigi and my secondary school principal Yu sir.

after the show, due to the different time zone, i couldn't sleep till 6 in the morning when we were leaving for the airport to take the 0725 plane from LV to SF and then back to HK. however the "black" lady at the immigration was to "warm" in "greeting" us, she was too "detailed" when going through our luggage, that she wasted a lot of time...eventually causing us to miss our flight!

hence we had to rush + check for any other flights, purchasing the air tickets again, checking in again, and of course check in our luggage again, for another flight at 0930, hoping that we would reach SF punctually at 1110. after that we would have to rush for the original connecting flight at 12 back to HK. we only had 45 mins interval for the transit and the flight was at a different terminal,so we had to rush like mad people to make it in time for our connecting flight...luckily, it all went the right way, we reached HK on 28th at about 7pm, according to HK time.

this story has taught us a lesson, next time....if u are going or coming back from US, u MUST remember to be at the airport much earlier, much earlier, much earlier,much earlier,much earlier, much earlier, much earlier, much earlier, much earlier, much earlier, much earlier, much earlier, much earlier, much earlier, much earlier, much earlier.

Yesterday the concert of Alan and I has start selling tickets, the first day's result...hehe! It's very great, thanks for the support!

We will work harder at the gym, diet, practice our dances and songs... to repay you guys.

Last week had filmed our new song MV "Don't Be Afraid". This one is very special, just need to capture our heads (faces), the rest will use computerised (computer-generated effects).We did a lot of funny and weird expressions,very funny!
