1. is the same age as TVB? He was born in 1967, the same year TVB started.

2. loves to chew gum? He's often seen chewing gum in his tvb series, Street Fighters and Legal Entanglement, at various functions or before/during some music awards shows! and when filming overnight 4 Six Strong Guys, he chewed gum 2 help him stay awake. =)

3. became good friends with Andy Lau since 1996? They became friends while hosting the olympic games for TVB while in Atlanta, in the USA.

4. met his girlfriend while he was one of the guest hosts & singer at the Miss HK 1992 Pageant? Emily Lo was competing, and ended up winning, AND later that year (i think) started dating Hacken.

5. was thinking of becoming an interior designer in the USA before he became a singer?

6. has many dogs, 2 of which are called Peanut and Butter? =P as of December 2005, he has 5 dogs!

7. not only is a good singer, he also is a good lyricist? He has written many lyrics, and many of his hit songs such as the recent "Woman Before Marriage", back to "Tall Girl", and even "Red Sun", are songs with lyrics written by Hacken.

8. is really afraid of cold weather? Which is why he said he usually wears thick pajamas to bed. If it gets too warm, he'll turn on the air conditioner. =P

9. has gone to japan many times before 4 vacation and clothes shopping?

10. loves soccer, and his favorite soccer club is England's Manchester United?

11. is actually a pretty quiet person in real life? he has said before in interviews that he actually has a pretty boring life when he's not in front of the cameras. he likes staying home and watching soccer games and movies or playing video games, mostly.

12. one of hacken's hobbies if video editing? he records various things, such as his puppies, and edits the videos on his computer.

13. wants to have children soon? After he gets married, he wants to have twins.

14. used to have a beard and had long hair (a little like Ekin Cheng)? He did, around 1995-1996.

15. went to New York City to study music? He did, around 1996, for a few months, i think.

16. is always joking that he can't dance and doesn't have much fashion sense? haha. In 2002, he said Andy Lau gave him some dancing tips, and told him to wear sunglasses when dancing to be less nervous. As for his clothes, he says that a lot of the times, his girlfriend, Emily, helps him pick what to wear. =)

17. really does "sleep early and get up early" (he has a song called "Please Sleep Early and Get Up Early")? He has said before that he doesn't like to go partying late at night like some stars. He tries to go to bed before 12am and wakes up early.

18. Hacken's father's name is William? Yet, Hacken does not have an English name. I wonder why???

19. Hacken does not know how to play the piano? Although he has composed music for some of his songs. Hacken knows how to play the guitar a little.

20. Hacken has a younger sister that already got married in 2001? Back then, Hacken said her getting married made him want to get married, too, since he's getting older. But I wonder if Hacken will have time to get married at the end of this year??
