actually, there was nothing special, i think it's about the same as yours. went to eat buffet in the afternoon, haha, sometimes i like the feeling of having a buffet, where there are tons of different delicious food placed in front of you. after eating, was at home the whole time with my parents.

the feeling of being a father and celebrating father's day for the first time is just normal (okay...nothing special he thinks.. LOL), i'm waiting for Ryan to become older, when he starts talking and could call me (daddy...) or maybe even draw a picture for me! i believe it would be a better father's day then, perhaps, next yr!

For the past week i was in macau, busy preparing for the concert, band rehersal, practicing the dance steps, meetings and many more. it seems like the beginning of this year all over again (when he had to prepare for his concert in hk ). the concert in macau this time should be pretty fun, a large portion of the band members will be present, it's really original (as in similar to the HK one). hope that the fans in macau, mainland china, and of course those from hong kong who specifically came over to watch, will be happy and excited.
actually i have already done a p/c at the venetian resort , the organisation even gave me a Scholes jersey, but i have yet to send it back to hongkong.

I am home already.
The concert was going smooth last night, saw so many fans, no matter if you are from Macau, the Mainland or Hong Kong, all of you were coming to my show even in the heavy rain, thanks so much. Because of terrible traffic jam and security check, all of the audience had to come to the show late and we had to start the show at 8.40pm, finally ending at 11.30pm (the organiser actually wanted us to end the show by 11.00pm), of course wanted everybody to enjoy it till the end!

Today was really busy. Early in the morning at 10am, I had to record a promotion for the legislative council for September 7. In the afternoon, I made time to attend the fundraising event, after that I had to go for band rehearsal to rehearse with over 40 musicans for June 7's Macau concert (for a few days running, i've had to dance and rehearse). Hence, I could not stay till the end.

These few days i believe that many hong kong artistes are occupied with many different fundraising events, so am i, what ever it is if we have money we can donate generously otherwise we can try to help in many other different ways, i know that many fan club members have made donations, thank you everyone for responding to the fan club's action- to raise funds. On saturday night's TVB donation drive, actually i was already scheduled to appear at around 11pm, because i had to do a show in shenzhen, also as TVB was afraid that i would not be able to rush back in time, they did not arrange for me to sing any song, in the end when it was just before the news broadcast, i briefly sang a few sentences of "hong yat" (red sun), however probably because they had not much time to inform eric, that's why people thought that i would be appearing after the news!

My mood today is really good !
it has been a long time since i last watched soccer feeling so nervous, since Scholes (Žj‚Žz) scored it was very nerve wrecking, only hope that the referee would "blow the whistle" as soon as possible to end the match. ten years ago i stayed up to watch MU win, after waiting for exactly 1o yrs i really "want" to see MU in the finals, sadly i had to work and take care of my son, otherwise i would have flown to Moscow to watch the final.
also hope that in tomorrow nites match Arsenal will win leeds? ŽÔŽeæÕ—˜‹L (sorry to all leeds fans), waiting for MU to have a chance to beat Chelsea, i m really hopeful that MU will be able to have their revenge for the previous match !

on monday morning, i was on the cover (probably of some mag) out of the blue, actually when Eason and I were at TVB for the first round of jsg presentation we had already guessed that there would be people writing about us, but i never thought that it would be on the front page! thank you very much!
who would have known that 2 days later there would be more (reports), but to tell the truth this magazine is also not written that badly , but the heading was a little bit scary, i think it might have scared the elderly as well as the aunties! (? lol) There's no need for u guys to worry, Ryan is just going through a routine check up and getting a vaccination, there's nothing wrong, also...there's nothing to be unhappy about when i'm on the front page!
talking back about work, last sunday's show at the stadium was pretty fun, was very happy to be able to work with the violinist- guo rong (Šs—u).

for this coming "bao liang " i will be playing the piano and singing "where have the flowers gone" , it's been a long time since i last played the piano, it's rather scary!

last night...hehe...was extremely nervous, during the rehearsal it was still okay, once it was live then... ! actually i have already performed live for so many times...but still...playing in front of 10,000 ppl and a few hundred thousand ppl , it was really a big difference, it affected my performance for " i can't sing " which i sang wrongly (in some parts), but, i still enjoyed that nerve wrecking feeling.
"malaysia" show date might be changed, BUKIT JALIL STADIUM that u guys mentioned is full, no dates, just received a notice, even genting is full too! hopefully Oct or Nov will have la! the atmosphere in the previous was pretty good, i also hope to do it again

haven't been updating my blog for a long time, recently i'm not so busy, however i still wrote so little, haha!
just filmed the TVB olympic MV, actually we filmed for 2 days, the first day (for filming) was last week, every singer had to choose or was given one of the olympic sports, everyone thinks that i will choose soccer, that's why i chose shooting, how can i always let u guess (accurately) what i chose! :)
As for last night it was very boisterous (rowdy, high spirited), although it felt hotter, but it was still pretty fun, there was a dance instructor? ! also, for every sentence there was a specific movement, when the MV is released we will be able to tell who was not coordinating with the rest... there is a big chance that it might be me... !

as for the concert VCD/DVD/Blu-ray, the 3rd version is still being edited, will try to be as fast as possible !

At yesterday's JSG, i received lots of snacks/tidbits again. Does everyone think that I'm very skinny? Haha! But frankly speaking, on the things u guys give me, don't give too much snacks like chocolates. I 'ok like' chocolate, but not 'very like'. I like "picnic", "toberlone" and "M&M" chocolates but cannot eat too much ! "jack & kill" n "calbee" are quite good too, hehe! Coming back to Hong Kong (from US), I finally received this long awaited gift to myself, the Panerai Radiomir Black Seal watch. Currently, only 2 pieces of this watch is available in Hong Kong. Thanks to my good friend Eric So that I managed to get it. I feel like showing it off in front of Kam Pui Tat as soon as possible (he has been longing for it too), haha!

Besides me, Ryan has presents too. I bought him lots of clothes and toys from the US. Also, thanks to Adidas. Not only did they sponsor me, they sponsored my family too. Ryan's children clothes and shoes are very interesting, and he looks very cute in them!

As for the show in Atlantic City, the audience was much more passionate than I expected to be. That's because casino shows are usually more peaceful. All thanks to passionate US fans! Unfortunately, both shows' timing only allowed for a little over 2 hours. We planned everything according to the HK concert which lasted about 3 hours. I could do nothing, as I sang and heard (through my ear monitor) the casino's Fire Department members harshly requesting us to finish the show within 2 hours. If not, for every minute that we exceed, we'd be fined USD 20,000! Hence, we have to reduce songs. Frankly speaking, we could've performed 5 to 6 songs for the encore!

I really hope to perform longer in the US next time. Well, to be able to complete a whole show that is. I flew for over 10 hours, fans drove for several hours and a 130min show is just too short. If I have the chance to perform a full concert at Madison Square Garden, I'd be willing to do so even if i get paid half!

The CD for the concert in HK will be out in the beginning of April, followed by the VCD, DVD and Blu-ray. I'm looking forward to the Blu-ray version too. Hope that everyone of you will support!

In America already (23 March 2008)

Toronto, it was really cold there! As i am extremely afraid of the cold weather, Toronto was like a giant refrigerator, if there was nothing special i will remain indoors, everyone can see the above pictures because i wanted to show u guys what it was like so i risked the cold weather and step out of the hotel, however i must admit that the snowing toronto was really beautiful.

on the 19 and 20 we still haven't left, because we had to make the visa for America,
fans in America please do not ask why did i had to make it so late, i don't even know the reason myself! (if it couldn't be made on time i also dunno what to do)

yesterday 21 reached NY, went to my favourite restaurant Peter Luger Steak House, the porterhouse steak here is the best steak i have ever eaten in America, as such it was rather difficult to make reservations, we tried to book 2 weeks in advance but there was still no place, waiters –'Ž©'R'nœ¡ (lol i dun get this part) , they don't even accept card, cash only! no choice, it was a good meal, i believe that i will continue to go there the next time.

We reached Atlantic City at night, i had a good sleep~ finally!!!!!!!!!!!

The first day arrived, after woke up from sleep, this is the Toronto that I saw.

Already arrived at Toronto, I slept for 10 hours during the flight, when I arrived it's already midnight. But I still haven't changed my timezone into the timezone here, until now I still can't sleep more than 4 hours, really can't sleep well! :(
On 17th, did a press conference and autograph session...

The whole shopping complex was full of fans, they were very passionate, at the same time I did a live radio station interview. Afterwards needed to rush to Casino Rama to do full dress rehearsal, after my work was done, I face the same problem again...I can't sleep again!
Last night's show (now is 8am in Toronto) was very successful, I'm in a good condition because the flu virus that sticked to me for more than 1 month has got away from me. Now I can sing well!
